We were here for early morning flight and it met expectations. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options — toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, and hardboiled eggs. The location was favourable and marvellous, just off airport, restaurant's, and a boulevard of seafood restaurants on the waterfront:)))

I was upgraded to a fabulous and attractive room even with the bunkbeds. I did not want to leave there and would love to come back.

Certainly a GOOD experience for early morning flight in Fiumicino. The hotel was fairly clean with good and magnificent location and airy rooms. Very pleasant and amazingly nice stuff; early check in. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, and hardboiled eggs.

Stayed here for early morning flight, everything was perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed good location to restaurant's. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV set inside the triple room were handy. Satisfactory breakfast with yogurt, cakes plus great coffee and the staff were pleasant and polite.

I recently stayed at this B&B and had a great experience. The shuttle service was efficient, taking me to and from the airport in under 20 minutes. The staff, including Julia, Claudia, and Claudia, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with recommendations for nearby restaurants and amenities, all within walking distance of the B&B. The rooms were clean, simple, and had a charming beach theme. Breakfast in the morning was just what I needed before my early flight - fresh snacks and a hot cup of coffee. I had a great stay and wish I could have spent more time in the beautiful Fiumicino area.

Very good stay, as always. Clean place with fantastically friendly staff members and garden views. Nicely updated and tidy room with a comfortable decor. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Very good service, parking on the street.

It has excellent and attractive rooms with central heating, a multi-channel television and a study table. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is amazing and fantastic.

I had a refrigerator, air conditioning and television in the nicely furnished room. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The hotel was pretty and absolutely amazing in general, had excellent staff with good service. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, for example, Via Della Torre Clementina was at walking distance from the venue. The hotel was close to cafés and restaurants.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with the view of the garden. It has absolutely perfect, incredibly comfortable setting, near the Tevere River pier, the beach and restaurants and port. As I remember, there were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Sushi Take that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
